Local Bill Hearing
The Duval Legislative Delegation will convene at the Jacksonville City Council Chamber, City Hall- First Floor, located at 117 W. Duval Street. Please note: Only speakers addressing a local bill will be heard.

The Delegation will convene Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., to review all proposed local bills as required by the Delegation Rules. Local bills are changes enacted by the Florida Legislature on matters which cannot be accomplished by the City of Jacksonville through Ordinance Code changes.

The deadline for filing local bills (J-BILLS) in the Duval Legislative Delegation Office, is 5:00 P.M., Friday, August 22, 2025.
